The Founder & CEO

Andrew Salamida

I started Tierno Wine Merchants in 2024 after realizing how many incredible wines I’d discovered during my travels were missing from the U.S. market. Many small-batch producers focus on quality and craftsmanship, but their limited scale often keeps them under the radar of larger importers. With a love for wine, some formal training, and a passion for connecting with winemakers, I set out to share these hidden gems.
